7th Ave. Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation is centrally located in the Penn Station area at 512 7th Ave., 14th floor, between 37th and 38th Streets, 3 blocks from Penn Station. Our building is accessible by either Penn Station or Times Square near the A C E,1/9, 2/3, N/R and the S subway lines.
